While we are experiencing the hottest days of the year in Norway, Homespun Australia have a lovely Christmas project on the cover of their July issue.
Among the projects inside is a beautiful and very summery quilt in Circus fabrics by the talented Natalie Bird. Homespun is always a must and feature great projects from talented designers and quilters around the world.

Helen Phillips has followed up her lovely Drawstring bag with an even more adorable red and blue Circus Pillow. We can certainly imagine a beautiful kid’s room in this red and blue Circus theme.

She Sews a Lot made a fresh spring table quilt and matching serviettes.
The idea started out with a few serviettes, but grew as Peta decided the serviettes needed a matching tablecloth.

Then she decided the tablecloth would look better quilted, and a simple idea became a large project for us all to enjoy.
This is a such a sweet idea perfect on a table outside a country cottage surrounded by wildflower and lanterns hanging from the trees.

Two new Tilda Friends a giraffe and an elephant need new clothes and perhaps a Suitcase Circus.
Tilda Friends are perfect for those of you who think doll sewing is a bit daunting but love to make clothes and accessories. The dolls are approved for children in all ages.
